When Bussy & Colleen Roate and Troy Hanger discovered their love for brewing beer for themselves and friends, they discovered that others loved the beers they crafted as much as they did which is how Limerick came to be. Now they get to share their creation aside with a variety of drinks for anyone who visits Spirited Republic.
A classic wheat beer lightly hopped with a full body flavor and feel.
A Midwest IPA which to us means a hoppy beer that still maintains a decent amount of malt flavor.
A smooth oatmeal stout with notes of coffee and chocolate.
A true lager brewed with plenty of corn, light bodied and great with a slice of lime.
A German kolsch is a cross between a wheat beer and a pilsner. A light a refreshing beer with a natural peach flavor. I every batch we use natural peach puree
An amber ale with a malty body but light mouth feel. Finished with saaz and magnum hops.
If You’re Not Into Yoga Pina Colada Cream Ale, Harvest Prost Oktoberfest, Wango Mango IPA, Working for Peanuts Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout, CooCoo for Coconuts Cream Ale, Sláinte Session IPA, Crazy Tuesday IPA, Finnegan’s Pride Irish Stout, Railer Raspberry Cream Ale and Hugh Hefeweizen.

Great atmosphere! We typically visit once a week. The owners are great people and staff is very friendly. Many craft beer options and wine. This is definitely a spot to visit. I highly recommend this place.
